Driver Position
Job Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver customer laundry orders safely and on time
- Use our app/system to manage routes and deliveries
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Load and unload laundry bags from vehicle
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of delivery vehicle
- Follow assigned schedules and delivery instructions carefully
- Communicate with management regarding delays, issues, or customer concerns
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift and carry laundry bags, typically 20-50 lbs
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using a smartphone and GPS/navigation apps
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
Preferred Qualifications
- Delivery driving experience is a plus
- Knowledge of the Roanoke area
Laundry Attendant
Job Responsibilities
- Check in and organize incoming customer laundry orders
- Accurately label and track customer items
- Wash, dry, fold, and package laundry according to company standards
- Follow washing instructions and handle items with care
- Prepare completed orders for driver pickup and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry facility
- Monitor machines and report any maintenance issues
- Help ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule
- Daily cleaning duties with facility, including but not limited to machines
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry laundry bags, typically 20-50 lbs
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous laundry, housekeeping, or cleaning experience is a plus
- Experience in customer service or order handling preferred
- Ability to multitask efficiently
